At Aloha Brew Outfitters, every piece is designed to reflect a lifestyle—calm, intentional, and built to last.

We ask that purchases are made with that same intention.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and unused
• Tags must still be attached
• Item must be in original condition
• Proof of purchase required
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed items
• Items without tags
• Final sale items (if applicable)

Exchanges (Preferred)

We strongly encourage exchanges over returns to ensure you get the right fit and continue enjoying the product.

How to Start a Return

Include:

• Order number
• Item(s) requested for return or exchange
• Reason

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
